    Default Undershirts

I often wear button-down or polo shirts to work, all which require an undershirt. I am not a fan of the A-shirt or tank top so I often go with the crew. I have always opted for the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom, but in the past couple years I have noticed them becoming thinner and thinner. The ones I just bought today are nearly see through.

So what are some brands (or other ideas) I should explore with undershirts. I live in rural TN so there are no a lot of the big name designers or retailers around so most of what I will get is from the internet, thus no "try before buy" or where I can really inspect the merchandise.

I'd try to keep it around $20 or so for an undershirt...but I'd spend more if I thought it would last more than 3 months. The Hanes are currently worthless at about a month or 2.

I have some Joe Boxer undershirts that are thicker, you could also try some Express plain tees. I also have the standard Hanes and Fruit of the Loom. I really like Hanes comfort soft shirts.

ive always been a proponent for the hanes 3-pack of t's. a friend at james perse gave me some shirts some time ago. since then, i always spend a lil more and go with the james perse tees. i know it may same like a waste of money spending that much on a tee, but the shirt really is "the perfect tee." they have the shirts at most dept stores.
