Default Workout & running kicks: what do you have on?

The shox are completely shot, and looking for something that'll be best for gym & activity. I'm a decent sized boy (6'1, 260) so there might be something out there particularly for me. What do you guys recommend?

Always wore my basketball sneaks in the gym, I guess maybe because that's all I wore really except for some Air Max's.. Just got some 95's again, few pairs and was going to dedicate one pair for the gym, and I still wind up throwing on my Jordan 11's, fit me like a glove lol

I have been wearing Nike 360s when I go running but I think I will be switching to something else in the near future, the 360s seem pretty bulky. If I just go to lift or sit on a bike I usually wear my vans slip on shoes, comfy and easy to stuff in my backpack.

I don't know how you guy's do it.. Being a basketball player, I grew so use to having a high top/basketball sneaker surrounding the ankle, that I can't wear any low sneaks to run in..

Saucony or Brooks for me as I have high arches and I'm a somewhat long distance runner (30-40miles/week). I usually go through a pair a month, so I try to buy in bulk.
