Mustered up courage to post my T/A.
I've been perusing this site for a couple years now. Great place. I frankly haven't mustered up the courage to put pics up of my T/A until now. It has Hotchkis TVS & Global West arms, so handling is much improved. Still Pontiac Power with the 4-speed & 3.73's. Mild cam, and Flowmaster 40's. Likely way too old school for some of you, but it gets me by until I can graduate to a ride more worthy of this forum. Hoping some of you enjoy.

Coming from a Mustang guy, that is beautiful! Especially the color

There are lots of us here that have old school muscle cars. There has been a lively debate about the the definition of the term Muscle Car vs Pony Car, etc. IMHO I am on the fence about a T/A being in either catagory. I lean toward the SD cars being Muscle Cars and the rest being Pony Cars but then where does that leave the COPO Camaro or any Big-Block Factory Camaro or Shelby Mustangs or factory built Big-Block Mustang/Cougars??? Let the debate continue....

Thanks for the compliments. Guess my insecurities were pointless. Cool! As requested, here are more pics of the 76:

I need to take pics when it's cleaned up!

AC delete has been done since this pic, along with quite a bit more clean-up, hiding & ditching wiring and vacuum lines, ets. Still a lot more to do.

The Mrs...

The T/A needs a lot more work to be where we want it, but that's the fun of it. Planning to get the front seats restitched this winter and new carpet. Engine is going to get rebuilt so the block is cleaned up and more presentable. I bought the car with this engine setup and it runs strong, but I'd feel a lot better knowing how and who put it together. I'm going for a mild pro-touring car, which it basically already is, but not as thrash worthy as I'd like it. Rear discs likely won't happen until late 2012.

Great looking TA! Thanks for sharing! I personally love the classics...and generally prefer them over the newer exotics. You got yourself a keeper!

GREAT looking car! I always love seeing a T/A with the Firebird on the hood. And welcome to the Four!
