Default 2005 CTS for $9,500? Good Deal?

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Just came across a 2005 CTS (V6 RWD) and could get it for around $9,500.

Black leather interior and 89,000 Kilometres (I'm in Canada).

Don't know much about the CTS; but people generally seem really positive about them. And it seems around 10k seems like a pretty good deal.

I'm going to check it out tomorrow. What do you guys think?

    Thanks!

P.S - This is my first car if you have any advice on talking to the owner, etc. it'd be really appreciated!
