    Imagine that thing at the VW test track where they took the veyron, it pulls so strong I'd bet with the right gearing that it would hit 270

    and it sounded like he even had a crappy shift from 2 to 3. could've probably been even faster.

    I thought the same thing, but then listened to it again and thought that maybe he broke the rears lose and peddled it to let them catch up.
