    I agree. Ford even had a concept one a few years ago that looked great. All aluminum V-10 I believe. Too bad it never went into production.

    First produced in 1971. Clean lines, timeless design. The original designer, Tom Tjarda, is still around and would probably love to get first crack at updating it.

    Ford doesn't need to tool up for it as the platform exists today from the now discontinued Ford GT program. Make the price attainable and leave room for tuners to customize to taste.

    Here's a 2007 concept vehicle. The headlights are not to my taste but a design update along this line would be cool.
