Love the shop always something to look at, I always enjoy stopping by. Best way to hang out longer if you dont want to leave............Keep Revved talking. It works!

Now, a question of etiquette - as I pass, do I give you the ass or the crotch?

Congrats on the Shelby contract! That says a lot from coming from him. Maybe it's because you're in TX too

Can never get enough of seeing MTK's E-ticket ride.

Don't rub too much salt in the Texas wound there Cali boy!! Ugh... haven't been the biggest fan of living in Texas lately.

289Fia you would love where I'm headed this weekend.. i'm expecting it to be a bunch of Cobras and Daytonas all weekend long. I'm going up there to hang out my engine builder Gessford Machine who is a licensed Shelby dealer for the CSX chassis, and a Superformance dealer. I took some pictures in their shop when I was up there two weeks ago but they got deleted by my 5 year old. They had two brushed aluminum cars and one painted aluminum car in the shop- all 427 FE's- one with a Kinsler stack injection running an XFI fuel injection system. They have their own road course, and large parking lot for autocross and carts, and are about to break ground on a drag strip and a motocross track. Pretty Damn cool setup!!

Mid America, Ford, Team Shelby, Mustang, BOSS, Shelby, Fairlane, Galaxy, Falcon, Car Show, Drag Race, Road Race, SAAC, Hallett

    Here is Gessford's Website

LOL... you really have to wonder who gets to the point they "tune" cars and dose not know better then to run 70*advance on a forced induction car even site unseen!

Congrats on the Shelby deal! some beautiful cars you guys are doing for sure. What Management system are you running on the EFI cars?

We are running FAST XFI sequential systems. We have custom made parts to fit it to the FE's. When we upgrade the early UP cars from the Redline bankfire systems we have a huge improvement in drivability, throttle response, fuel efficiency and all across the board driving enjoyment. In some cases we can actually drop an injector size due to the more accurate fuel control.

If I kept asking why people do the things we see them do on cars I would be in the loony bin by now. Its tough sometimes telling someone that they spent $200k on a car and the guy that you paid $20k with to fix it is going to cost you $40k to fix the original problem plus things the first guy screwed up. Just another reason why I photodocument everything we do on these cars.

Cool the Fast stuff is really nice. We went to Fast on GMs motorsports program for a while after running the 30K dollar Pectel that was left over from Roush's Indy car program. It was a breeze to swap over and tune and much nicer to use.
I know first hand how important sequential inj is when the AEM first came out and was batch fire and wasted spark we had some real issues on street cars.

If you are going to run a bank fire system nowadays you might as save your money and put a carburetor on it. Sequential is the way to go and if tuned right it does not dissapoint.
