    While we were away this weekend delivering a car to TN, one of our buddies loaned a hand and got the rear end removed, and the front end disassembled so we can get the engine bay painted tomorrow (Monday).


    Rear end dropped for all-wheel-steering delete (rusted lines not really worth fixing it all up), refinished rear subframe and rear aluminum subframe bushings, adjustable control arms, etc.




    And he got the wheels test-fitted as well

    I love what you have done so far! Pearl white is a favorite of mine, and the PC'd volks look so so so clean. Diffuser is bad ass.

    Also love the fact that it has family sentimental value.

    Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see it all put together.

    transfercase bracing came in the mail today (they are prone to grenading themselves on hard launches, so this is to help hold it together... we'll be bringing a spare or two with us to the track next week just in-case)


    Engine bay is stripped and prepped for some fresh clean paint!!

    Engine bay is painted, got some misc brackets and such sand blasted and repainted as well. Getting some other misc parts assembled
