running boards on a lowered truck? Serves no purpose. I replaced the running boards with fiberglass painted side skirts so the bottom remains the same body line as if it had running boards

    well done my friend.
one thing GM would have done would be swapped the chrome from the inside the headlight housing with the gunmetal....well the wouldn't have however that would finish the front end off perfectly imo.

Highly considered doing it too...Was discouraged by my body shop buddy b/c of condensation issues

go to Nissan's parts department and buy their roll of sealant. I did it on my set g8 headlights with the additions of some other custom touches and I hasn't had any problems. I am about to do a projector retro fit into my 2010 Sierra I'll take pics of the process if you'd like.

Thank ya I appreciate the love my Humble Hoe....For sale???? Maybe but most likely I'm gonna give it to my 15 year old brother-in-law if he gets his grades up. It's become the carrot infront of the Donkey lol

When that day comes (hopefully not before July 2013) I'll be replacing it with the updated 2014 Grand Cherokee SRT-8. Gonna go flat gray with black wheels.

haha nice. hey gotta do something to keep him motivated. is definatley a nice reward for doing well. and the SRT8's are one hell of a machine a buddy of mine has about the cost of a new one in upgrades under the hood on his. sweet rides and that color combo sounds nice.

I've been throwing all my fun money towards my new house. Landscapers just left actually lol....But I got the itch again to do something to the ol' hoe and as a result revive this thread. I had these OEM headlights retrofitted with a true projector/HID (no chinese made crap). Came out looking OEM and solved my biggest complaint with the truck (night time visibility).

Also had the truck paint corrected/wet-sanded/etc while at the shop getting these installed. Makes an older than dirt truck look brand new again. Everytime I say I'm gonna ditch this thing I like it more lol. It aint no bugatti but it gets me from point a to point b safely with a little bit of style.
