Default The London/Paris/Normandy trip is set

Just finished all of the reservations - what a pain - every region in France has different days of the week they feel like working.

10 days, in and out, save most of my money for Tokyo in Sept.

London - Fat Duck - ate there once before, it's everything it's claimed to be, experimental but perfected. Snail porridge anyone?

Paris - Le Meurice - i have not eaten here yet but supposedly everything comes w/ caviar or uni or shellfish of some sort.

Paris - Ledoyen - i ate here during my 2007 Truffle Trip (c), masterful, precise, and oh so decadent. look at these truffles:

Honfleur - Sa Qua Na - it's only rated one-star but the serious buzz is that this guy is on the fast-track to three. among those in the know, one of the most exciting restaurants in France right now.

Paris - L'Ami Jean - purportedly the best bistro in Paris, never had a chance to try it til now.

Paris - L'Arpege - home to the world's best vegetables (seriously) and the world's best cheese - 2002 vintage Antony comte (this was from my Truffle Trip too - same cheese w/ truffles - oh my):
